 Who we are

We are a Ventura County based company dedicated to providing the highest quality of homes and programs for the developmentally disabled.

Our management team is comprised of professionals with diverse cultural, educational and career backgrounds creating a knowledge base that creates and provides unique opportunities otherwise not available in alternate settings as only ICF's are designed to provide the level of medical and/or behavioral supports some individuals need.

 What we do

We are dedicated to the ideal that all persons should lead a meaningful life regardless of disability.

We do this by working with the person, not the disability, in establishing a direction for growth while ensuring that existing needs are being met at the highest quality.

We do this by modifying and expanding our services to accommodate the special needs of the individuals we serve.

We do this by living to our Mission Statement each and every day.

We do this by continuing to develop and redevelop programs which include:

Intermediate Care Facilities

Within our homes, we provide long-term residential care services at an intermediate care level* for children, adults & seniors, each in their own well-supported very home-like environment. Depending on the home, we provide high medical supports, intensive behavior training, and even help those take the final steps to further independence.

The homes (or aka facilities to the State) are independently licensed by the State of California, Department of Public Health. Each home is balanced to allow persons with similar ages, functioning levels, and needs to interact in a family style environment. Our homes include:

ICF/DD-H ‘s—Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled—Habilitative
Epiphany currently operates eight ICF/DD-H 6-bed homes.

ICF/DD-N‘s—Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled—Nursing
Epiphany currently operates five ICF/DD-N 6-bed homes and has one in planned development with support from Tri-Counties Regional Center.

We've had wonderful success in creating complimentary programs with many of the adult day programs we partner with, including a great integration with C.O.V.E.

Adult Day Program

A.G.P. is our Community Based Day Program and provides programs and supports in Fillmore & Oxnard/Ventura for adults. Our programs are individually designed to meet the unique needs and desires of each individual. Our programs grow as the person does. From volunteerism in the community, pursuing educational goals, supported employment, and social events including special trips and social events are all part of the normal calendar.
